Rezoning Required to Meet State Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) 

Study Session/Workshops explaining the potential rezones to accommodated the State's increased Regional Housing Needs Allocations (RHNA) have been scheduled.  All meetings are open to the public.  Click here for map of proposed rezone sites.

January 21, 2025 -  5 pm, Tuesday night - Study Session at City Council

January 22, 2025 - 6 pm, Wednesday night - Study Session at Planning Commission

February 5, 2025 - 6 pm, Wednesday night -Public Hearing at Planning Commission

April 7, 2025 - 6 pm, Monday night - Public Hearing at City Council - All members of the public are welcome.
