  • How do I get a copy of a police report or accident report?

    You will need to go to the main police station at 611 W. 22nd Street to request a copy of a report. To get a copy of the police report, you must be listed in the report. There is a charge of $0.10 per page. The records division is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4pm.  The main phone number is (209) 385-4730.

  • How do I get my property back from the Police Department?

    You need to fill out a Property Release Request Form and then mail it to or drop it off at the main Police Station at 611 W. 22nd Street.

  • How do I get my vehicle out of impound or storage?

    You will need to come to the central Police Station at 611 W. 22nd Street to fill out the necessary paperwork and to pay any fees.

  • I am the victim in a pending criminal case, and want to know if the defendant has been bailed or released from jail
