• CONTRACTORS: Must have a City of Merced Business License prior to applying for a permit. For Business License information email BLInquiry@cityofmerced.org

 Contractor's SHALL CREATE ONE City of Merced Civic Access User Account, using:

(1) EMAIL ADDRESS

(1) PASSWORD FOR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:

1. Applying for and updating Business Licenses.

2. Applying for permits.

3. Making payments.

4. Uploading plans or documents.

5. Scheduling inspections.

6. Viewing details for permit, plan review, and inspection status and results.
