- After you have applied for a permit, an invoice will be generated for payment
- After your payment has been made, make sure to notify the building department by emailing receipt to: inspectionservicesweb@cityofmerced.org
- Only Building Permit and Plan Review fees payable to the City of Merced are paid through the portal below. Please note that all online credit card transactions will be subject to a 3.15% or $2.00 minimum Service Fee, whichever is greater.
- Third Party Plan Review, Engineering Facility, Water Deposits and Impact fees are paid by check, either in person or by mail. Make sure to provide the email sent to you by the Building Department, otherwise your payments will not be processed.
