All applicants shall create a new user account prior to applying for a permit 

  • CONTRACTORS: Must have a Contractor's City of Merced Business License in place prior to applying for a permit:  BLInquiry@cityofmerced.org

 Contractor's SHALL CREATE ONE City of Merced Civic Access User Account, using:

(1) EMAIL ADDRESS

(1) PASSWORD FOR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:

  1. Applying  for and updating their Contractor's City of Merced Business License 
  2. Applying for permits
  3. Making payments
  4. Uploading plans or documents
  5. Scheduling inspections
  6. Viewing details for  permit, plan review and inspeciton status and results
