City of Merced has once again partnered with Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing and The Richman Group to bring 156 mixed-income residential units to Merced.

11/26/2024-Currently, Huff Construction has announced by are progressing ahead of schedule!  The complex has targeted completion of mid 2026.
